What we collect
FairTime collects only the information you enter into the planner: participant names, time zones, and working-hours preferences. No account is required. We do not collect email addresses, passwords, or payment details for basic use.
How we use it
Meeting data is used solely to compute and display ranked meeting times. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Meetings and their results are stored for 90 days from the date of creation, after which they are automatically deleted. Share links expire accordingly.
Tracking and analytics
FairTime does not use third-party tracking scripts, advertising networks, or behavioural analytics. We do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the service to function.
